1. Processing Orders

    •    All orders are made-to-order

    •    Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

    •    Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

    •    Processing may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.

 

2. Shipping & Carriers

    •    We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other local carriers.

    •    Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

    •    Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors. We do not guarantee delivery dates.


3. Shipping Costs

    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

    •    Promotional free shipping offers may exclude certain locations or items.

 

4. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

    •    Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

    •    If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping fees.

    •    Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    •    Once a package is handed to the carrier, Where Magic Begins is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

    •    If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

    1.    Check with neighbors or your local postal office

    2.    Contact the carrier directly

    •    We may assist with claims at our discretion, but are not liable for lost shipments.

 

6. International Orders & Customs

    •    International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes required by their country.

    •    Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

    •    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

    •    We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

 

8. Cancellations

    •    Orders are custom made, so cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
